Volunteer Coordinator Justin Luis and Volunteer Rona Sanchez of the Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) were also present at the event, reminding all people with Medicare that the open enrollment period is from October 15th to December 7th. During this time, individuals can change their health plans and other coverages for the year 2025.
